Terms of Service

Effective July 7, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SkillEra IO, LLC("Relationsheet", "we", "us"), including our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Administrators of a workspace are responsible for the members and permissions they configure.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

  • upload unlawful content or data you do not have the right to use;
  • attempt to breach security, access other tenants' data, or circumvent access controls;
  • interfere with or place undue load on the Service; or
  • resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.

3. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you put into Relationsheet. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the Service. We access your data only as needed to operate the Service, provide support, or comply with law. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect you.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillEra IO, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.
