You pay for editors, not for people. Owners, admins and editors take a seat; viewers, commenters and contributors never do — each plan's collaborator line is how many of them one workspace can hold.

Reasonable questions.
Is everything really included?
Yes. The relational core, all nine view kinds, formulas, scripting, forms, apps, automations, document generation and charts are the base product. Elsewhere the project module, the reporting module and the form builder are separate purchases stacked on the seat; here they are one thing. Plans differ by collaboration, administrative control and scale.
What can I import?
CSV, Excel and JSON, or point the SQL importer at existing DDL and it will plan the tables, column types and relations from the schema — foreign keys become relation columns. Export any view back to CSV, Excel or JSON, and documents out as Word (.docx) or PDF — the PDF is drawn with the standard PDF fonts, whose repertoire is Western European.
How do permissions work?
In the database. Row-level security in Postgres decides every read and write, by sheet, row or column, for a person or a group, and a rule can depend on a cell's value — so somebody sees only rows in their own region. A published form or app passes through the same policies.
Do you support single sign-on?
Google, a magic link, or an email and password today. Enterprise SSO and SAML are not built.
Can I buy a plan today?
Yes. Pro and Team are both open and billed monthly. You can change tier or cancel from Settings at any time, and a cancellation runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
