Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SkillEra IO, LLC ("Relationsheet") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our website and services (the "Service").

Information we collect

  • Account information — your name, email address, and authentication identifiers (including from Google sign-in, if you use it).
  • Content you create — the tables, records, and files you store in your workspace.
  • Usage and device data — logs, IP address, and browser information used to operate and secure the Service.

How we use information

We use information to provide, secure, and improve the Service; to authenticate you; to communicate about your account; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Authentication and third parties

We use Supabase for authentication and data storage. If you sign in with Google, Google shares basic profile information (such as your email) with us to create your account; we do not receive your Google password. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Data security

Access to your workspace data is enforced at the database layer through row-level security and tenant isolation. We restrict internal access to what is needed to operate the Service and provide support.

Data retention and your rights

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You may access, export, correct, or delete your data, and you may close your account at any time. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; contact us to exercise them.

One exception, stated plainly: edit history is kept for 180 days. That is the record of who changed which cell, and when — what you see in a row’s history panel. Your actual data is not affected by this: rows, columns, sheets, files and everything else stay for as long as your account is active. Records of account-level events — ownership transfers, plan changes and administrative actions — are also kept beyond 180 days, because they are the audit trail for the account itself.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not use them to track you across unrelated sites.
