AI features
Where AI helps today, how to reach each one, and who can use it. Nothing AI-made is applied without you: a drafted automation stays off until you turn it on, and a proposed structure is reviewed before it is imported.
Describe what should happen in plain words and the AI drafts the steps. The draft replaces the current steps and stays disabled until you have reviewed it and turned it on.
Where: In a table, open Project > Workflows…, open a workflow in the builder, and press the AI button at the top right of the canvas.
Who: Signed-in accounts. Each draft counts toward your AI allowance; when it runs out, you can still build the automation step by step.
AI reasoning asks a model a question using values from the row and writes the answer to a column or passes it to later steps. AI extract fields reads a document or a block of text and pulls out the fields you name, such as an invoice number or a due date.
Where: In the workflow builder, add a step and choose AI reasoning or AI extract fields from the AI group.
Who: Runs on the server whenever the automation runs. You choose the provider and model in the step; a provider such as Anthropic or OpenAI needs its API key saved under HTTP secrets & hosts.
Paste a database schema written for another database and the AI rewrites it as plain CREATE TABLE statements, which you then check and import as tables.
Where: Dashboard > More > Import from SQL, paste the SQL, then press Clean up with AI.
Who: Signed-in accounts. Counts toward your AI allowance.
Bring in spreadsheets, CSV exports, Word documents and emails; the AI proposes one set of linked tables for you to review before anything is imported.
Where: Dashboard > More > Structure my data.
Who: In preview: open to invited accounts only. If the entry is not in your More menu, it is not switched on for your account yet.
Ask what the product does, what a plan includes or how a feature works, and get an answer grounded in the same copy this site shows.
Where: The Ask a question button on the home page.
Who: Anyone, no account needed.
